A VISION FOR THE WAY WE LIVE

Veli Tunahan Bay

Owner & CEO
HANSconstruction × Eterna+ Partners

Veli Tunahan Bay leads HANSconstruction and Eterna+ Partners with an ambition to shape places that remain meaningful long after their first impression. His vision brings architectural imagination into the same conversation as engineering, the realities of construction and the lives of the people who will use a space.

Active in the industry since 2019, he places management at the heart of that ambition. For him, leadership means giving talented people a clear direction, making considered decisions and carrying the original intent through to the smallest detail on site. He connects the design perspective of Eterna+ with the delivery discipline of HANS, taking a view of each project that extends from the first idea to its life in use.

His education spans civil engineering at Pamukkale University, master’s studies in Construction Management at Yıldız Technical University and architecture at London Metropolitan University. This combination shapes his interest in the future of the built environment: buildings that adapt to changing lives, technology that quietly improves comfort, and a lasting relationship between the people who create a place and those who call it their own.
